This is a video from November 2017. I made it for this amazing group I am apart of called Stigmatized: The Suicide Survivors Journey. To share my story. The part I don’t like to share. I never posted it for them at the time. I was beyond scared to be completely vulnerable. After making it through February it only seemed fitting that I myself heard my own words. Maybe someone else will need them too. We learn in the light of others experience. I hope the universe understands my need for complete honesty.
It has been difficult. Last month especially went to war with my soul. Yet here I am. Life continues to be challenging but I am so glad I have not given up. Heavy mega burrito prayers I never do. I really have come so far. 🙏
